TRF is not a valuation site....I'm sure a quick search through Ebay could get the numbers you are looking for. Or are you just going to scrap it for it's gold as it was traded to you??

The serial number between the lugs will give you an approximation. You will need to remove the band to view it!
The model number will also be visible on the opposite side between the lugs. Possibly an 1803.. Here is chart for you to view, that should give you an estimate..... https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=54362 It's a earlier model, and has a 'pie pan' dial... The band looks aftermarket however..IMO. I assume you took a gold read on the band??? As for how did I know you were a trader in gold....Let's just say I have ESP!!
