No it is not normal. Get it to a watchmaker or (cringes) and RSC for service.
What model is it? Did you get in a pool or the ocean? Might me crown gaslk or a case gasket? Cracked crystal undder the bezel. Something is breached for sure. Good Luck. |

If it is a Rolex, that is very strange
How long is it ago that it received its last service??

Nevertheless, it will get an overhaul since moisture and movements don't get along together. Sorry about your mishap.
Don't delay.

Sounds like the crown was not screwed on properly.

I used to swim laps every day. One day I noticed a slight fog inside the crystal of my GMT. When I took it in they said the barrel that the crown screws on to was loose in the case! They tightened it I guess. Have not had a similar problem since. Still it is just one of a myriad of problems I've had with my watch. Details to follow in a long post soon.
