15300

Hey guys,

I came across an opportunity to pick up a NOS black dial 15300. It's an F series. How does this differ from the H series in terms of the movement, bracelet and general finishing, if at all?

I believe they're the same, it just a bit older. "F" series started in 2004 IIRC.

Interesting. Wondering if I should pull the trigger given that I have the ROC. It's a beauty of a watch.

I owned the ROC and now have the 15300. Love it.

If its NOS from 2004, would it need a service? I think the Rolex folks would say no if it were a rollie. Would the water resistance at least need to be tested?

Good points. I'd need to take that into consideration if the answer is yes.

Good to know. Thanks.

I'm swinging wildly regarding the watch I want to get next. Let's see where I end up!
