Model # question?

I was taking some pictures of my submariner and noticed there was a "T" next to the model # between the lugs. What does this stand for and is it normal to have this? Here is a quick pic with iPhone.

So the "T" stands for no lug holes? I tried doing a quick search on the forum but didn't come up with anything.

It just means no lug holes in the case.
And the bracelet has SEL's.

Here are 3 examples.

Thanks for the answers. Is there a way to clean up this area of my watch so the words are more clearly visible?

I use a tooth pick to clean the areas.
Then use a Q-Tip and a small mount of soap and water.
Then tap dry with the other end of the Q-Tip.
