Don`t trust the website,find out who these people are before you consider doing business with them.Start by doing an ISP search and if you find they`re from eastern Europe or Russia forget about it.

I was querying the model as well and wondering if this combo with the rhodium dial in the 116300 case is a real variant or not? The only models seen in Basel 2012 were with stick dial or roman numerals, hence the query... |

Not sure about the retailer, but that dial variant was released for the 116300. I was at the Wynn Rolex AD (Las Vegas) just today and they had it available for purchase.
