Icon14 The Miscellaneous AP Picture Thread... aka the Daily Quicksnap Thread

I know we have an owner's club thread, and thanks to Patrick, an organized spotters thread, and the WRUW thread on the main forum.

I think it's really fun when owners post new threads with pictures from trips, but for those quick one or two snaps that people take while enjoying their watches, there isn't an organized place to do so.

This thread may crash and burn, but how about posting them in one thread? I feel guilty starting new threads everytime I have a couple of new snaps, or reviving old threads...

A thread of AP owners showing how much enjoyment they get out of owning one with pics will hopefully help the enabling cause haha...

I'll start....

Was sitting outside just now enjoying dessert, decided to plop the FC on top of a flower, and a random photo was born.

First pic with the new leather strap...

If you have any photos that you haven't posted, post em up!

My favorite shot of my RB2 Ti. Took this on back deck sitting on top of AP Book. Nice shots and watches all!

Hi Eddie,

Great photo!!! What strap do you have on your FC 44mm? Is that an OEM leather strap you have on the watch?

Looks really great!

Cheers,
James

Thanks James for the kind words, it's an OEM leather strap from the GP models, it's a soft black leather. It's actually softer and more comfortable than the rubber strap, very soft.

The leather strap gives it a slightly dressier touch which helps during the week.

I'll dig up the part number for people's reference.

Schenley Park? I did some of my studies at CMU, I see a familiar tower in the background.

Good morning all. This pic is to show how the numbers on the chrono ring pop at the right angle.

Hi Eddie,

Thanks for the info. I really like the combination of the strap with the FC ROO. Definitely gives it a different look.

Cheers,
James

What a beast! How is the alcantara strap? Does it wear comfortably?

What a great duo of watches, they compliment each other great, I can see why you miss them.
