AP ROO Panda + Lambo

After seeing some recent threads, I've really missed wearing my AP and driving my car...

Decided to go and take some quick iPhone shots of the combo...can't wait for the weekend to take them both out for real!

That is one mega AWESOME ride! Great pics too, really shows your car in the best light too. The watch is almost an afterthought in those pics!

Us WIS's can appreciate fine cars as well as fine watches. I wonder what the car enthusiasts on a car forum would say about your AP? They'd likely go 'AP? What the heck is that??? And it's worth much?? WTF?' lol ..... :-)

@OP Wow, beautiful Gallardo!

@Caryyee, WIS or not, Ferrari and Lambo are household names.
Rolex is a household name, but Patek, AP, Lange, VC are not... not yet at least.

+!
If Orwell were alive today, he would have penned

2 pedals good, 3 pedals better!!!

(Although I admit the new generation double clutch transmissions shift flawlessly)

Wow, beautiful AP & Lambo. As DrJP9 said above, glad you have the right transmission in that beautiful vehicle. Stunning, just stunning.

Vroom. Still get better gas mileage than me. My V8 BMW X5 is thirsty. Lowest I've seen is 6mpg average-I reset the meter before I went on a spirited back roads drive. My normal average is 10-11mpg though...

Beautiful ride! Have you been to Sant'Agata Bolognese yet? It's an amazing facility and the 'Museo' has the most amazing eye candy. I was there last year and loved it!

Love the blacked out callisto wheels, menacing look.

I had an old Gallardo that had ugr work done to it, miss being into cars.

Enjoy it safely!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! It’s awesome that the watch forum embraces cars as I’ve always thought they go hand in hand. One machine in the garage, and one on your wrist!

Martin – Miami was a lot of fun…Mansion was a lot of fun that night! Hope you’re able to make the 3rd year event…I won’t be around as I have wedding planning to do.

Michael – yes, I’m in DFC…I’ll send you a PM!

Eddie – UGR car would be a dream for me…my last car was a 700awhp GTR so the Gallardo is lacking some power…but then again, it’s use is also completely different.

And to everyone who commented about the trans, yes, it took a while to actually find a 6sp car, but I had to have it! The gated shifter is sublime and after experiencing the GTR trans, the egear is a bit laggy. I hear LP560+ it has improved though.

Beautiful!
My pops almost picked up a gallardo from a friend who was going through some financial difficulty a few years back. He didn't even tell me about it till the deal fell through. Knowing I would be pushing for it.
If we put together a NJ gtg you must bring it!
