Rolex Submarine Tiffany&Co Question

Hello.

Im new about rolex watch, I get nice offer to buy watch for my father but it is expensive and I want to be 100% sure it is realy one not fake.

The whole watch is fake including that horrible band with the wrong reference numbers.
