I am not happy at losing out to the tune of £45 pound or the sellers of fake watches profiting from trading them!

My answer to their reply

This is a counterfit fake! I am not in the habit of helping people steal money from others for fake goods. I think we need Ebay to deal with this matter fairly between us..............
That and reporting to trading standards.

wow...not only is that fake, but thats an AWFUL fake...No offense man, but theres no way in hell that watch looks authentic in any small way and I definitely wouldnt have to see the back to know that. PLEASE do further research before purchasing a high dollar item such as a Rolex...otherwise your gonna get taken again. I sincerely hope this gets resolved in the correct manner. Best of luck.

Go through the ebay process to return the item - request to return the item or open a dispute because it is fake or whatever it is that is required. You will get all of your money back if you follow the process through.

If you really bought this based on the front picture of the watch and thought it was real i'd suggest doing quite a bit more research before purchasing another watch. The watch you have bought on this occasion is a very poor fake indeed.

I presume this was the original listing: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...vip=true&rt=nc

Jabba: post photos of the next one you consider, or PM them to a senior forum member BEFORE buying it. Otherwise, go to an AD or established reseller (as in, one with a shop and a lease, or a trusted forum seller). 0 for 2 is a scary track record in this game, mate.

Best of luck with the return.

Forget the pictures. The text would be enough to turn me away. Fakes (in all areas) and badly written texts, especially those which look like a four year old wrote them, go hand in hand on eBay.

What is wrong with you? Why did you buy that in the first place? If you want a Rolex go to an AD. If you can't afford the prices at an AD, buy from a trusted TRF seller.

At first glance I thought that was a Breitling Navitimer without the chrono. Looks nothing like a Rolex. I assume the OP is having a laugh.

OP, demand a FULL refund. Do not allow him to take out fees!!! It's a counterfeit watch which is against eBay policy - it should not have been listed in the first place. Why should you have to deal with fees + shipping?

Do you have a link to the original listing?

Good luck!

OP: Judging by your few posts so far, you have recently bought two blatant fakes on ebay. In case you are not trolling, I would strongly suggest you to stop what you are doing and start learning/researching about Rolex and watches in general - before you hurt yourself (further)

Yeah - and duplicate threads on another fake from a Greek eBayer...
If you keep doing the same thing and expect different results...

That was very obvious indeed (not only the whole watch but the price as well...that would have made it clear in my mind), I really agree with taking your time before buying another one, you may not be as lucky next time.

I'm happy to know you've had a full refund!

Got this Sub-P (Plastic, non-Date) at the mall for $19. Deal of a lifetime, as I know these things typically go for 5k or more...

You expected to only pay 400 pounds for it? Even if it was real....
