Icon12 Hands move backwards on my N quickset 1570?

Does anyone know why the hands move backwards on my 1570 date? I am setting the date, if it isn't taking long enough, when it hits midnight, the date flicks over, then how far do you go to get to 6 am? just 6 hours back from the 12 right? then 18 hours later, it should change dates again right? but it goes 21 10 9 8 7 6, not 1 2 3 4 5 6- cause its backwards. thanks
