Customise arabic dial?

Currently own a date just stainless steel with jubilee band and a black face with gold hands and gold sticks. considering a dial change, seen a lovely white dial with gold arabic numbers, was wondering if it would be possible to get a jewellers to add diamonds over some of the numbers? Seen several dials that just have the number 6 and 9 in diamonds. I no this wont be to everyones taste but im after getting the 2,4,6,8 and ten in diamonds leave the other numbers plain gold would this be possible?

Easily done if done by the right people, I would be tempted to keep your factory dial and buy an aftermarket one from E-bay, just in case you ever want to sell it, but it's your watch its your choice Good luck and enjoy.
