I'm meeting with the boss at 3:00 to discuss what they have for me. Longevity and $ are still unknowns, so keep you fingers crossed. I wouldn't mind a change, I'm getting bored where I currently am.

Years since you did WHAT? Be yourself, be honest, and don't sell yourself short. An interview is not a time to be humble. Be positive and clear on what you want from them. If you don't ask...you will not get. GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks everyone! The interview went well I think. They're going to try and create a new position for me. There's a few projects coming down the pipe that they could use me for. They need to get approval from corporate about adding the extra body and for the salary amount. Keep your fingers crossed. Hopefully I'll hear something back in the next few days. It appears I got the job if I want it.

I got an email saying they're in the process of opening the position at my desired salary. I told them I'm interested in moving forward. Nothing's official yet, but it appears that this is going to happen!
