Yohan Blake Richard Mille...
Whilst watching the London 2012 olympics on TV, I spotted on Blake's wrist a very unusual Richard Mille wristwatch..
After doing a little research, turns out RM are due to reveil all after the closing cerimony of the London Olympics 2012!..

Cool......Just read he came in second with a time of 9.75 for the 100m
The winner was another Jamaican, Usain Bolt, with a OR time of 9.63!! Man that's fast..

That's got to be the only watch ever worn in a 100m final......
The power of advertising.......  There's got to be some serious g-forces at work in the arm of an olympic 100 m finalist....... So great product and name placement for RM........ After Bubba Watson and Yohan Blake.... who's next......But the rocket man (Mr Bolt) ........ just incredible...... once he turned on the after burners at 60m........ Wow........  Just as quite an eye opening aside on Jamaican athletes, I'm not sure if anyone saw a TV program by the 400 m guru Michael Johnson examining why so many of the world's fastest men come from Jamaica. The conclusion which, if you think about it is reasonably logical, was the inevitable natural selection caused by the horrendous slave trade. Apparently, less than half of those captured from their villages in Africa survived the tortuous march across deserts to the coast to be transported on ships to the West Indies. Less than 25% of those 50% survived the subsequent journey enduring the most unimaginably inhumane conditions ....so the people arriving to be sold as slaves were effectively 12.5% of all people captured.... so the fittest, the most determined to live, those with most muscle mass, those with the best bodies who were deemed to be the most valuable survived. Jamaica was a destination which, at the time, paid the highest price for slaves so the best and fittest of those 12.5% were sent to Jamaica............ There was subsequently generations of careful breeding programs initiated by slave owners pairing the fittest and strongest men with women........ So probably the only positive thing to come out of the slave trade is the fact we now get to see these absolutely magnificent human specimens in action on the track..... By comparison, in the UK, we have had over 35 years of a benefits system which has encouraged the exact opposite............ so interesting to see our society in a few hundred years time....... Sorry to take this thread off topic but just a really interesting program that i would encourahge everyone to watch.......

I saw it too and told my wife he's wear a very expensive watch, most likely made out of an aluminum composite. My wife just looked at me like "who the **** cares!".

Thanks for sharing. I do not know what it is, luckily I have not been bitten by the RM bug. I just really do not understand what the fascination with them is. I know they are very limited but I just do not know why I would buy an RM over a Patek?

I saw this at the medal ceremony and wondered what it was as i never got a proper squint, had i have say that closeup shot i would have known instantaneously what it was. No mistaking UB's Hublot though.
