Roger dubuis

Hello, can you please help with this watch, is it gen? The movement is kinda tricky, when the A bottom is pushed the one of the small hands moves, and same with the B bottom, this watch supposedly was a gift from Sammy Sosa... What are your thoughts? I would imagine it is a fake, especially with that plug-in tourbillon...check out below (how can there be two 223/280 pieces??) :

The movement is to plain,, no finishings I say fake also.

Thanks, does the push bottom works with the chrono in this watch ?

Yes, it should work just like a chronograph with the start/stop functioning with the top pushbutton and the bottom pushbutton resets it.

it's fake. I have never seen a RD that had such a crappy looking movement. That rotor looks all wrong.
