Gerald Genta imterviewww..

From a few years ago, just published ...

Particularly interesting (at least to me), were his thoughts on size and comfort of watches, and on his original concept of the Nautilus.

It's a very insightful article of Gerald and his thought on watch designs.

Always a previlege wearing my 15300, knowing the importance it holds in the horology world and the special man who designed it.

That was a great read thanks for posting. Never knew he had a hand in the design of so many watches.

Interesting to read his dislike of the Reverso, creating the Nautilus for women and his comments on the Oyster being a stylistic breakthrough...

I've always found it interesting that his greatest love was AP.

Or that we're just as quirky as Mr Genta.

I find it interesting that in all of his sketches/paintings he doesn't have the screws lined up the way everyone always does.
