Help me figure out what watch this is
 I saw someone wearing this watch but can't figure out what it is. The face is silver and the hands are blue. I was thinking a Bregeut but didn't see it in their catalog. Any ideas? Edit: seconds are on the bottom by the date display |

The pushers either side of the crown suggest a Ulyse Nardin perpetual GMT of some kind. there were a number of variations.

The watch posted by kilyung looks very close to what he was wearing. The objects next to the crown looked like some type of crown guard - not pushers for a more complicated movement. Thanks for all the help!

It looks very close to some Langs but wasn't able to find any that match it exactly. The mystery continues!
