Icon20 I have a AP problem

Hello guys,

I have an ap diver for almost 2 yrs now, and I am very happy with it, I Am a Rolex owner before going into the madness of AP. My ap began going short for 10 mins, so I thought maybe there is a problem with the power reserve, even though I wear it all day everyday. So I was surprised, so I have made 40 turns on the watch in a way to refill the power reserve, after that it kept running for 24 hrs to be exact, and then it stopped, then I have a shake my hand, it started running then a couple of minutes it stopped again. I have heard a lot of stuf concerning doing a service on the watch, that it should be done at an official service center, not to be done at authorized dealer. So anyone experienced the same thing on your AP.

Thank you for any inputs

I also own a Diver and have not had any problems with it. Somewhere around the forum (I am not sure who posted it) I read that someone had problems with the oils in the movement drying out and having huge accuracy problems. Have you talked to AP about it?

Unfortunately there's no AP Service Center in Canada so here's the North America Service Center info in Clearwater, FL. Perhaps your AD might be able to facilitate the shipment of the watch to Florida.

AP Service Center
921 S. Missouri Avenue
33756 Clearwater - FL
United States
t: +1 727 467 0940
f: +1 727 467 4248

Good luck!

I agree with Hal. Send it in under warranty and get it fixed. It'll take a while but will come back perfect. While you're at it, you might as well request them to test for the 3rd year warranty.

...and while it's at the Spa, it's always a perfect time to get something new to keep you occupied
