Two rolexes, one day.

At an event today, a guy I spoke with was wearing a nice Rolex on his right wrist, though a little flashier than my taste - it was a blue two-tone with yellow gold. I made a quick compliment about him having the best choice of handedness there was, being a fellow lefty.

Then I realized he had a two-tone, white and yellow gold DJ on his left wrist...

Maybe he was traveling and wanted to keep them safe? Being that watches are as much man-jewelry as a tool, I suppose it's no different than a statement rubber band or beaded bracelet, and probably a step above the earring in my book.

Was it similar to this?

Fidel Castro with his two Rolexes on his left wrist.

But if you are meeting some WIS buddies, it's by far the safest way of taking two watches along with you...

Who knows? Maybe his mate from the office just went to have a medical procedure done and asked him to hold on to it until he returns. I just passed mine to my brother in law last week for that same reason, and I guess that anyone who bumped into him during those few hours would have been having a conversation with a guy who had a GMT-II on the left wrist and a Sub on the right

Believe me, it's far more relaxing than going to a bar or restaurant with boxes or cases, even if it looks a bit odd

Problem is, my wrists are different sizes, so not easy to do (which is not very often)

Wearing a watch on both wrists is tooly enough, but wearing two Rolex's opens you right up to lots of 'unkind' comments lol ...

Exactly.

Each to their own. Not something I'd do but it would mean less pain trying to decide which to wear sometimes

Btw....this has been brought up before and most round here didn't know who Maradona was...so it was a tad lost on them
