Vintage Ladies Watch Rolex Real or Fake?

Friend bought this watch at thrift shop for $5.00. Is it real or fake, Im guessing is fake, but intrigued by that fact the movement is marked rolex as well as the inside of the back. Appreciate any thoughts. Also, if it is real, does it have any value.

I can't tell, but it doesn't look like the one from your picture says "precision" on the dial like the one from the OP. I don't know anything about vintage Rolex watches, so I defer to the knowledge base here on TRF.

I am not the greatest expert on these older ones either, so I did a search and that was the only hit it's just interesting don't you think, that they are faking these at all as they are not that valuable, my solid reasons fir saying its fake are that Rolex did not use such hallmarks to my knowledge on old watches, they also stamped/engraved the serial number inside of the caseback mostly in the old days.
