Would you pay 200$ extra on a lease...

200$ on a lease for an entire year if the experience of buying a car and service is better? than driving another 35 miles out of your way at some other place where you know the service might not be better?

$200 a month, no.

That's about an extra $16-17 a month in the payment so yes Good service is hard to come by.

I am all about service, as I feel it makes all the difference. My local MB dealer should be embarrassed at the way they conduct themselves from management all the way down the line to receptionist. The sales personnel is so dishonest, and the service department lies terribly. I didn't have an issue driving 45 min to Princeton for top notch service.

This.
I have a Nissan dealer right in my town but I feel that they're crooks so I use the one nearly 20 miles away and always recommend others do also.

I digress...at the age of 21 walked into my local MB dealer to purchase a vehicle. I worked my tail off throug college, just graduated, and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. I was dressed in workout clothes, and treated as though I should be privileged to talk to a salesperson. Long story short after several more insults I drove to Princeton for the purchase. They could have had a customer for LIFE. I refer anyone I can to Princeton Mercedes. Over the last 7 years I'll bet they have had 15 new clients because of my referrals.

It depends...how many times will you service the car during the year?

Yes. The service and experience you receive is worth something and $200 falls into that range of something. Also, keep in mind that if they treat you right up front then odds are they will treat you right down the road. So should something go wrong they may put the extra effort in to help you out. Customer service and good business is something that too often gets over looked just to save a few bucks.
