Two Reds meet! Wonderful GTG with BaltimoreBrian.
Been chatting with Brian for quite some time via email and finally managed to meet up for breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise how close we live from each other and that our two reds were in the same neighborhood
Even more that then the watches themselves I enjoyed meeting and getting to know Brian. We have a lot in common and he is a great gentleman and a new friend, I am thankful to have met him. Here are some pics, enjoy friends. Group Subs F-serial LV in there :) REDS The nicest feet first Red I have ever seen Chamfers galore! Thanks guys for looking. |

Yes, mine is a FEET first. David knew it wasn't a METERS first, i think it was just a typo. He was excited about the patina, case, the insert color and chamfers! He loved the way it felt on his wrist. And I really liked the additional weight of the DRSD!

Great shots and very handy you two living in the same neighbourhood ..... a small world as they say.......
And I remember that red Brian.....I'm glad I was able to reassure you and persuade you to take the plunge even though it was pretty expensive..... ultimately, there are very few short cuts and in my experience, you always have to pay for real quality..... which is exactly what you have there . And David.... That Double Red is a stunner.....pure class..... |

Before I purchased my red, I had never seen one with my own eyes. And in Saturday got to behold both. The differences in the patina as so cool to see.

I don't think you will ever forget me. Your were very patient with all of my questions leading up to finding this piece. And then once delivered and I saw it, NO REGRETS! It is such a great piece. Jed was awesome to work with |

Great collection.
I see the red writing but didn't know they were called a "red". I assume these are rare due to the attention they get in this thread? Thanks. |
