It's authentic, not a fake.
Dial appears to be in pristine condition, so as crowncollection has mentioned, it may have been refinished.

Seller says that its a NOS not refinished.

Shouldn't the underside say "SINGER SINGER ... "

Plate looks original, but refinished AND relumed.

Rolex used many dial markers not just singer, i know of two other companies. You can tell its original, Gent's Datejust model dials have a little circle drilled out as seen on yours. It does nothing and no one is sure why its their, but it always is. Does the back look brand new ? Does not to me.
