Fake Sea Dweller?
Found this on eBay, not sure if it is real, the caseback engraving is not black like I have always seen, maybe it just wore off, but something seems off to me, could be wrong.

looks legit, case back paint has worn off, he is selling a lot of nice watches, i looked at a few he has and i can't see any obviously fakes

looks borderline...
wrong box and band for the watchhead year with odd placement of band ref# on lug head links. band might be off a fake or an aftermarket band... might also be a frankenrolex. price is about $1k - $1.5K too high. minute hand is also possibly strategically covering up date wheel font b/c in other pix its way off the time of the other pix. i'd stay away. |

Seemed reasonable. Obviously not a museum piece, but Decent watch. I did not feel the band was grey market. |
