Rolex Unicorn 1966 Auction

This is the second time this watch has been auctioned.

Thinking perhaps he didn't know that by 1966 Rolex had no connection with Unicorn I wrote to him and let him know.

Then I noticed this morning he relished the watch without any clarification at all.

This seller actually has more than one watch that they have branded as "Rolex" Unicorn watches. Anything they can do to make a sale. SMH.

Would this be considered fraud or deceptive? Or just ambiguous?
