Which watch should I get?
So I'm still on my path to downgrade to a 3 watch rotation.
I've come to SS Daytona white dial Black bay Tudor on strap Now I'm wondering what to do for a third. Lets see what you'd choose out of the above options :) |

WTH I am so confused. I thought you already had the white face EXPII. I also thought you already got rid of the BB? Haha all and all I am very confused guess I need to keep up with your collection more often. You know me I would vote for that White EXPII all day long that is one sexy watch.

i voted exp II. that said, there is no black watch there. you get the black dial with the LV, but still with the green dial. what if you want to just be totally under the radar?

I vote for the original 16610 anniversary greenie!
P.S. Tudor sub would look great on the Isofrane strap, keep that vintage look.

I really like the 3714 but it's a little to large to wear as a dress watch and a little too dressy to wear as a casual watch, IMHO. That's why I picked the LV which is a phenomenal and unique piece.

Explorer II. No one does GMT watches as well as Rolex, and the Explorer II has finally got its character back

I voted LV since you already have. White dial. However it was hard as I really like the 42 Exp.

I'd sell the BB, then get the 16610LV and 216570.
That's land, air and sea covered. Job done. |

I like the contrast of an IWC & Rolex collection. Plus you already blew through a EXP42 and I think you had and sold a red sub so not sure another sub of any kind would make a difference.

i'm gonna jump on that bandwagon of just give up trying to find your perfect watch because its impossible. Why would you keep buying the same watches over and over again? If it didn't pan out the first time why try it again. If I have the correct count wouldn't this make it your 3rd exp II 2nd White one? Second Black Bay?
If I wear you just go into the store get what you like wear it for a while and when you get tired sell it and start again =). Stop buying the same watch and making me jealous =). Either way I hope you find what you want my friend and hopefully they last a bit longer this time. |
