"All Of The Items We Sell Are Aftermarket. No Brand Name Markings/Logos Are On Any Items We Sell Nor Can We Get Them"
---per their website. But they do claim to have a 14 day no hassle, money back guarantee, minus shipping. Try to contact them and tell them the springbars do not fit your watch. Good luck.

I don't understand why anyone would buy after market springbars on e-bay instead of walking in to a Rolex AD?

Being after market does not means wrong size, right? Could not send them back as I realize size was wrong months after... And I will spend more money in shipping that the value of their crap ;)
I would be happy to walk to an AD if I got this as my solution, every one does not leave near by an AD... And then all ADs does not accept to sell parts...

I agree it is the only thing stopping your watch falling off. You need the best quality ones you can get and right size and they don't cost much from an AD or watchmaker with Rolex parts account.

BTW I complain by email yesterday telling the bars for 116660 I got from them were too short and here is the answer I got:
"You must have a fake watch that's probably why they dont work. Buy a real watch." No comment...

Just curious....why did it take you months to find out they didn't fit? If you needed spring bars I'd assume you would use them sooner than later?
I don't agree with his comment but I wouldn't offer a refund or help months after the sale either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re:
Simply because as I'm traveling extensively and rarely in place where I can find any AD or even watch workshop, I wanted to have spare in my "security" stock.
Then last weel I tried a nato strap on my watch and then took the opportunity to try the spring bars, good idea actually and then realize they are slightly too short and don't fit properly. I don't care of refund, as said above the shipping return would have cost me more than the bars, just wanted to inform the seller...

I have bought stuff off them before, found them to be helpful. The time I had a problem, they told me to bin the defective part and they just sent me a new one.

I purchased from them and the part was defective when I received it. I sent him a message thru Ebay and he replied he would have the new part out the same day. I ask about returning the old part and he said to throw it away. It was a good experience on my part. I receved the new part a day or two later.
