Bush in Korea

I pulled this off CBC.ca

No nukes in North Korea: Bush says in Asia
Last Updated Thu, 17 Nov 2005 10:03:00 EST
CBC News
U.S. President George W. Bush said during his visit to South Korea on Thursday that he would not tolerate a nuclear-armed North Korea.

"It's in the world's interest that this happen," said Bush, referring to North Korea stopping its nuclear efforts. "I see a peninsula one day that is united and at peace."

While I agree that the Kim Jong Il is a madman and should be stopped, I disagree with Bush saying he won't tolerate a nuclear-armed N. Korea. Who does he think he is? So only the USA can have nukes? The US already has more weaponry than all the other nations on earth combined, do.

Kim Jong Il certain has posed a greater threat to global security than Saddam Hussain ever has (or could). US "intelligence" knew Jong was close to being nuclear (and a crazy man with nukes is a global threat) long before the US invasion of Afganistan and Iraq.

I guess Dubya wanted to secure his access to oil before taking on the real threat. Either that, or Dubya has the nations he wants to bully on a long list, and picks them off one by one to prolong the wars and prolong the wealth that comes with equipping armies and the companies the government hires to go in and clean up the mess after the fact.

I better stop now. I just don't understand the arrogance of the Bush administration.

Ah hell, I won't tell you what I think of him, but I was hoping for a half naked Korean girl.

You know who else is yummy? Kimee Balmilero from Hi-5. It makes watching it with my daughter so much more entertaining.

I just saw that for the first time this past weekend, Andie was laughing because I was more into it than Dylan.

We have a Hi-5 CD for the car and a DVD for home (I guess we could play it in the car too, on long trips, lol). When I lived in Toronto, C and I watched Hi-5 every morning for almost a year before I'd take her to daycare. So I know most of the songs by heart.

Mmmmm Kimee. She's from Hawai too!

It is amazing the songs that we know now that we thought we would never know.

We sing them constantly in the car, the shower, playing ball, whatever we are doing, we are singing one of his songs. Good thing for Dylan his Dad has such a beautiful voice.

I know, it's crazy. Like when I'm in a briefing for senior management and I have the Thomas the Tank Engine theme running in my head.

Like Dylan, Charlotte is equally blessed with a father who can sing.

I know, I know . This a.m. Charlotte got into a lather cuz when I got to my inlaws to drop her off, no more Hi-5 music in the car. Good thing it was actually on TV at the same time, so she just went inside and there it was.

How did parents survive without the portable DVD player and CD's?

Yeah or they would say "Stop it right now or I'm gonna pull this car over and give you something to cry about."

My mom used the vanity mirror on the passenger side visor to zero in on us. Deadly.

My mom was a pro at that. Just like Michael Jordan with the no look pass. Didn't even turn around. Smack. Owwwww. What was that for? Leave your sister alone.
But ma, she hit me first. Another smack for answering back.
Smack. What's that for? Just in case you were thinking of doing it again.

My parents are born and bred in Hawaii, those slippers are lethal weapons in the hands of trained people.

AHH, the look, my Dad used it very well in my younger days. I am trying to perfect move on Dylan, I am not much at all of a spanker, especially when he shoots his handsome face at me.

HeY Daren, you look much taller when you are standing behind Dylan like in the pic above, holding Spider Man's head.

This time around has been HELL!! She is sick most all the time and tired all of the time. I don't envy what women have to go through, espescially her being married to me and five months pregnant.

I let her and Dylan crash in our room tonight and I cleaned up the house. But we are healthy and happy and unlike alot of 30 year olds, I hang out with my friends without going out, just sitting on the 'puter.

My dad is/was a lawyer and a professor... he just lectured us to death. I just wish he'd have given me a smack and get the punishment over with. Nope, he'd drone on and on, sometimes for over an hour. It was like Chinese water torture.
