Rolex band genuine or not?..italian?
deciding whether to buy this rolex presidential ladies band in good condition....marks seem fine but I have my doubts due to marks-crispness or lack of although subtle, any way of getting closer to deciding either way?...thanks for any pointers (band comes loose, for a Rolex we have without a band, on a leather one)...

Looks OK and at one many Rolex gold bracelets were made in Italy for Rolex.

I've seen many watches where people have taken the Rolex buckle off and put it on an after market bracelet.

Mods: Please move to Watch Out!
Welcome to TRF - you prolly missed the rules where we only discuss authenticity of items in Watch Out. There is an excellent thread there about your question - get a loupe and look at the shield-shaped hallmark for a letter near the woman's head. the clasp looks good, but check the hallmarks properly, and that does not guarantee that the link part of the bracelet is authentic unfortunately, from what i can see its good

The biggest giveaway is the ladies head hallmark, if it is crisp then its a good sign of authenticity.
