Congrats - gotta love the 1675! What year is that? I haven't seen a matte dial with the small 24hr hand before - usually gilt, I thought? But, maybe a cross-over/transitional piece...

Its 1967 7836 bracelet matte dial small gmt

Sen a few of them, most likely a transitional model.
If have more knowledge of this please share.

Lovely - thought it might be transitional. Very early matte dial, obviously. Quite uncommon, in that case!

Congrats, the 1675 is a gorgeous watch.

The small 1675 hand is legit, see the Rolex 1968 catalog's picture:

And the purple/pink inserts are the nicest of all, I am really fond of them, but they are really very difficult to source, and the few times I stumbled upon one, it was taken from a watch of the same period, 1966/1968, gilt or early mat dial era, definitely not a coincidence. That explains why they are so rare.
And you are so right, every time you look at them it makes you smile....
