Explorer 39 mm versus Milgauss

Hello Everybody,
After a lot a thinking, I narrowed it down to two models, the Explorer 39mm and the Milgaus black face not the green, for my next purchase. I'm still very undecided. Both watches are very different from each other, and I appreciate their own individuality. I tried both models last weekend at an AD in Boston.
Which one do you think is most dressy?
Any input would be helfpul, thank you.
Sorry if a smillar tread had already be done.

In the Rolex family, currently I have a Sub 14060M and a GMt II.
I wish a nice holiday to everybody.

Steph.
