Not only did Rolex have them made for shipping but they actually had 3 types, Domed, Fluted and Graduated (for Thunderbird).

There's a guy on Chrono selling old ones for 15Euro (per his ad a "must have" for the serious Rolex collector).

For the OP, did you not find one with a good shot via Google images?

Yeah, I was unable to find a close up shot. Well I did but they were the older one made for 16XXX (Chrono). I'm looking for the one that is made for the newer polished cased DJs which is 1162XX.

Because they come with sport watches and not on DJ's.

there are "bezel protectors" for all Rolex watches (I think, i haven't seen one on a YMII but they certainly exist for DDII, for example).

the bezel protectors are for when the watch is transported between Geneva and your AD, not for day to day use. the AD is under no obligaton to pass them onto the buyers.

Are we talking about the plastic that comes around the bezel when you buy the watch? if so, I think its garbage once you take the watch home...

Look up the fs threads advertising 36mm datejusts. You will see them. I am requesting to see a close up picture of it. That is all. =))))

Either my Explorer or my DJ came with a bezel protector.

I'll have to check the box to see if I still have it.

May I ask why you would want a high resolution picture of a plastic bezel protector that in most cases are thrown away at the AD on point of sale.

I was trying to compare it with one that I am trying to buy on fleabay. I want to complete my set as the watch I purchased did not come with one. I'm not the type that worries about getting dents on my watches. I don't wear them, I just like having the "full set" feeling.

Why not just buy the one from e-bay?

Are we not talking about a $5 plastic item?

Yes. The price is $4.99 plus $3.95 for shipping. It's very inexpensive. However, I don't like making purchases that might be erroneous and that's why I asked for the picture. That's why we are all here right?; to help and answer our odd questions in regarding to our little hobby, am I not correct?
