Window shopping droooooooool!!

Hi guys,

This morning (Saturday) Zemina and I went off to the Cartier optometrists to have some minor adjustments done to both our frames.

Since we were on Queen street, we thought we'd pay Mansor's a visit just for the heck of it.....after all, we knew he'd welcome us with open arms!! Actually, I wanted Zemina to hold the TT Rhodium Daytona in her hands...all cuddly and up close and personal!!

Of course, the minute we entered the establishment, we did get a tumultous reception from the friendly staff and David himself. As usual, I started up some casual banter....we were both wearing our respective YMs (to the envy of all that cleavage there!! )....and then I asked to see the TT rhodium Daytona. Of course, Zemina liked it very much....even more than the TT white Daytona which we were able to compare side by side.

Then came the big crunch. Zemina's eyes fell on the ladies Pearlmaster....one cracker of a watch in all solid gold with 12 diamonds on the bezel and another 10 on the MOP dial. What an absolute beauty, guys!!! Bling-bling at its superlative best!!

List price: NZ$32,000 (around US$22,000) - I fainted!!

Would have to win tonight's Lotto Powerball for that baby....and a whole lot more!!

I agree. I think you should sell your EXPII to help fund it for her. You'd still have the YM and you could replace the EXPII with an Invicta.

Two things JJ:

1. If any a person deserves this kind of watch it would be her. She's putting up with you for over 35 years now. In fact, she deserves two of those watches.

2. Don't try to make us forget the Panerai story, it won't work!

Forget the Panny....when I saw the TT Daytona for the umpteem time, I still couldn't stop drooling....it is just tooooooooooo beautiful, guys....very dazzling sight indeed!! None of the pics we post here do it any justice....you just have to see it in the 'flesh' to know what I'm talking about.
