First Rolex and new to this forum

I received this watch as a gift, completely unexpected.
I do not know a lot about Rolex watches.

The bezel was replaced with an all diamond one, but i have the original one as well. Does this take away from the value of the watch?

I know that it is a preowned watch, 18k. Does this watch have to be wound? I have not worn it yet and noticed that it has stoped keeping time.
I also noticed that the watch does not say swiss made, but T Swiss T

Here are some photos

All Rolex watches should be fully manually wound first around 40 full crown turns clockwise. Then if worn for say a average of 8 hours with reasonable wrist action it should keep it running while off your wrist at night. But it will no harm to give it a full wind say once a week even if worn.Regarding the bezel if its a aftermarket one that means not Rolex made, then yes it will devalue the watch, and Rolex would not service it until it was put back to original spec as to model ref number. The T SWISS T and >25 SWISS indicates it has Tritium lume and this was used on all Rolex watches prior to 1998.Then from around 1998 to 2000 they used just SWISS on bottom of dial from 2000 on Swiss made till present time. I would remove the green case back sticker as it only harbours the sweat bacteria from wearing.Welcome to TRF.

Thank you everyone for the compliments its pretty amazing that this is my first rolex watch! The appraiser did say if we ever needed it serviced that we would have to have the original bezel put on.

Someone told my husband not sure if it was the appraiser to keep that green sticker on the watch.

I need a couple of links removed...can I take it to Tourneu for this?
