The Rolex model I would really love is the Datejust 36mm, steel jubilee bracelet with black dial…Model no 116200…..In Goldsmiths, Middlesbrough they said list price was £4500.

Where in the Uk could I possible get 10 or 15% off that price ??

There's countless threads on discounts, and range from the believable, to the unrealistic!!
The only way you'll find out if a discount is available, is to visit the store yourself.
Just because someone else managed one, does not mean you will, as a rapport with an AD can make all the difference.
