Rolex copyright - new lunette from jeweller

Is this a Rolex copyright violation????

I want to buy a new datejust oyster perpetual 31mm steel from a luxury watch dealer in germany who has a very good reputation, there is an option that I can order a whitegold lunette with diamonds which will be made by a trusted jeweller under supervision of the watch dealer, so I will get it completely done with original Rolex certificate, Box, watch passport

A friend raised a question that if there is any repair necessary and I would like to have it done at any orginal Rolex outlet around the world as we are frequent international travelers and reside for several month outside of our home country it could be possible that the shop claims a copyright violation and hands the watch over to the public prosecutor, are there any known cases like that??

thanks in advance for your kind answers
happy new year
