air-kings dont come in jubilee braclets, and plus the lock has a symbol on it which doesnt come in any rolex i have ever seen before..

The clasp (and bracelet) is either aftermarket or a "customized" one. Either way it will have a negative effect on the resale value. Not sure about the watch itself.
I'd pass on that one if I were you.
