BTW this watch are given to the employees of Philippine Airlines for their 25th year of employment .

Once belong to a PAL Executive but He traded it to my Dad for A Girard Perreduex watch. Then My Dad gave this to Me

Curious, are there any good threads or sites anyone knows of with more info/history about the Ranger 2? I've seen some at shops and always thought it was a very unique case and a relative bargain.

Hi sorry im not sure re its reference number. yup its pretty hefty and solid made.

ive seen in ebay its ref model indeed [9101/0] ETA 2784 25J movement with ROTOR printed on the dial instead of (Philippine Airlines LOGO)

Ive read somewhere Tudor makes Ranger 2 in Auto and Quartz . Luckily My Dad Gave Me an Auto One

The model number can be seen where the band connects to the watch next to the case back.
There are 2 types of ranger 2s. This nice dress style, then there is an explorer 2 style that is a stunner. There is also a chrono time with a turning bezel. The models are 9101, 9111 and 9121, respectively

Yes , 25 years service of Philippine Airlines according to the original owner, then he traded this piece for my Dad's GP watch, then My Dad give this lovely Tudor to Me couple years ago Thanks

Ranger II (or more specificly, this body/bracelet style) was also made with a quartz movement - in it's own strange way it's a totally cool watch. I have both, I just cannot find the scans right now.
