SubC or LV C
Not sure if its a re- post or not. Like on the title , which one is a keeper as a value and for you as a collector.
Thank you. |

One is not better then the other from a value perspective. Both are a great looking watch. I personally like the LV. I own both the original LV and the more recent LV C.

LV-C. I'm off to Vegas in the morning. If I see it at the Wynn, I'm buying it.

If I were limited to one watch, I would go with the LN. If you have a few to rotate through, then absolutely the LVc.

Fully aware of that. Last time I bough a Rolex was new, at an AD in 1996 and it was my Submariner Date. I know I could get one from a trusted TRF seller, but I prefer to get one from an AD.

I prefer the LV, the overall size fits better on me.

Neither is particularly "collectible". I prefer the versatility of the SubC LN, so that would be my choice. If you want an LV, get the previous model.

I got black but will trade for the Hulk soon I think, both are fantastic but a few years down the line I dont think either will be a keeper as Im sure Ill have traded them in for more expensive models to help climb the greasy pole.

LN more an everyday watch but the LV looks better due to the dial! Wish my WG sub had a blue version of that dial.

Never cared for that shade of green on a Sub

They are both great watches but I love the different look of the LV so that is the one I pick

This was a tough one because I love and own the C, but am looking hard daily at the LV. But I really am drawn more to the LV 50th Ann piece as well.

Black for me hands down. I'm just not a big fan of the "Hulk" or green. Black is also the Sub most recognized I believe.
