Did late 1960s 5513 come with the red chrono tag?

I'm trying to piece together the parts of a full set for a late 1960s 5513 sub.

1. Red Chrono Tag: Since its not chronometer certified, I'm assuming it doesnt come with it? Or should it?
2. Green hang tag: This should be present?
3. Metal Anchor: This should be present?
4. Translation papers: Should be present.
5. Green plastic envelope: Should be present.
6. Guarantee Card: Should be present.
7. Box: BOth inner + outer box (pyramid or ribbon) should be present.

Am i missing anything out?
