Added one to my humble collection!

I bought my 14060M last July and while I continue to love that watch, I have become increasingly interested in owning a Rolex with a date function and the GMT hand. I considered the GMTii and the Explorer ii, but went with the Explorer since it has the features I wanted but is styled quite differently than the Sub. So, I give you my 16570 Explorer ii! Couldn't be happier with it! I apologize for the crappy iPhone pics.

Congrats! It looks great.

I think I like the 24 hour hand on yours better than the orange hand on the current model.

Nice Watch.. how do you guys know it's an E46 M3? It could be an E39 M5. Not bashing you guys, I had 2 E46s (330Ci and M3) and an E39 (540i) and I couldn't tell from the picture.

Great stuff.

I currently have an Explorer and am also thinking about something with a date, I keep coming round to thinking that a polar Exp2 would be perfect and then I tell myself I can live without a date, but a stopwatch on the other hand would be useful......

Because, we are just as obsessed with BMWs as Rolexes...but really, unless the OP swapped the dash...

Also, I own three generations of m5s (e28, e39, and e60) and spent my fair share behind the wheel of e30, e36, e46, and e90 m3s.

And if you had an e39 m5, you'd have missing/dead pixels -- ask any e39 m5 owner.

Thanks everyone for all the compliments! I'm loving the watch so far. And yes it's an E46 M3!

Lol I hope I don't start wanting a stopwatch soon. That could get expensive! I would love a Daytona, although it's going to be a while before that happens.

That's awesome that you own all three variants. I have spent a lot of time driving M5s and they are some of my favorite.

Thanks! Love the e46 m3! Every time I get in one, I get tempted to pick one up.

Congrats again!
