Rolex & Tudor
I've always wanted to know the relationship between Rolex and Tudor as I always see them being sold side by side in the shops. Even the displays are similar.
Is Tudor a more competitively priced "Rolex" or something? Like how Gibson and Epiphone are, or Toyota and Scion? Thanks in advance for the enlightenment! |

Tudor is completely owned and manufactured by Rolex. Tudor movements are outsourced.

They use ETA movements, if memory serves me right.

Good ETAs. Tudor is a fine brand.

They use ETA movements but tweek them to their specifications. Tudor makes a great watch & hopefully they will be for sale again in the US next year.
