Hi pam lovers does anyone know of any certify panerai watch maker with oem parts account in the nyc area or at all for that matter?

Which PAM do you have Michael? If it has an ETA-based movement, any competent watchmaker should be able to work on it - assuming only the movement requires attention. Obviously other parts would have to be sourced from Panerai
