3186

Hi
What serial letter should be a 16710 Pepsi to make sure it has a 3186 movement? Of course without opening it.
Thanks friends

nauticajoe is correct.

I have a late Z86XXXX with 3186 movement and I am still wondering if there are any earlier Z serial numbers then Z86 with the 3186 movement or if Rolex used Z86 for the first of the 31"86"s.

Of course that would to easy and Rolex never takes the easy route.

All the same I am waiting to hear of any earlier Z serial numbers, I have heard of higher Z8 and Z9 serial numbers and of course all M serial numbers.

Again, Just wondering.

Mine's a Z6xxxx with 3186 too. I did have a Z9xxxx that had a 3185 so you have to make sure if purchasing a late Z. All Mxxxx AFAIK all have the 3186 installed.

Sorry, I meant Z8xxxx not Z6xxxx, just to avoid confusion.
