Msrp On Daytona Please

Could someone give me the USA MSRP Price on a SS DAYTONA AND THE TT DAYTONA?

I am going to walk into the AD in Panama and ask for one, to see what happens.

Thanks.

$7,900 for the SS. Not sure what it is for the TT.

what will happen is that unless you have bought a lot of watches from him or he is your bro-in-law....getting it at list USD7900 is as difficult as winning the lotto.

SS daytona market value is around 10k to 11k even hitting 12k when there is a demand. 12100 sounds right for the TT

O.k., this is what I want to find out (discover), if the same Modus Operandi applies here in Panama, as it does in the U.S.A. and other countries. I will simply ask if they have one for sale and if I may buy it. I will report back if I got snubbed, lectured, etc........

Note: If the MSRP is close enough to USA prices, I will buy it (if allowed).

Difficult to get at MSRP. You will have to pay premium if you want one. At least that is for most cases. Good luck.

Panama (the country) uses the U.S. Dollar as the official currency, although they call it the "Balboa", but there is no such thing as a "Balboa" since Panama does not print paper currency, they only stamp coins........which by the way replicates U.S. coinage in every way !

Panama stamps its own
.1 cent
.05 cents
.10 cents
.25 cents
.50 cents

They are made of the exact same materials, diameter and weight as the USA counterparts. You can use them in coke machines and video games in the USA.

This is why I am using USA MSRP as a measure, as to what, I am willing to pay for the Rolex.

If I had succsess in obtaining a SS version @ MSRP you are welcome to it at the same price (but hey, we are not there yet). I am just curious as to what kind of feedback I am going to get.

On my initial visit to the AD in Panama, I was treated very well by the manager, no snubs, willing to talk away, even though he had a young Colombian fellow buying a Rolex, he broke away and came over to talk........since the Daytona is the Holy Grail, I want to see if he will "transform" into some type of monster, will tell me of a waiting list, will tell me I have to buy $100,000 or whatever.
