I got a present from "arttay10"!
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Stuart ("arttay10") for the LOVELY Rolls-Royce 100 year anniversary cufflinks that he sent to me as a present.
I saved them for Xmas and unpacked them right after I and my family had danced around the Xmas tree. Here are some pics: DSC00511.JPG DSC00512.JPG DSC00513.JPG DSC00515.JPG DSC00518.JPG Here's our Xmas tree, btw: DSC00484.JPG There is an interesting story behind the cufflinks, and I am sure Stuart will chip in with more details. "Stu": THANKS so much again, and I hope we can meet at the GTG in London in September 2008!

Very cool Bo! Lot's of cufflink fans here I think. Might have to wear these during our London GTG.

Bo, those are cool. I'm looking forward to the story!
BTW, my husband has a pair of somewhat vintage RR hubcaps in his shop from an old business venture.

Last year, Stu produced some cufflinks in chrome with the RR logo & 100 years 1906 -2006 - I think to celebrate a particular model. It was at the request of a U.K R/R Owners Club member. Stu produced a trial run - but the order was never finalised. I guess they decided against or did not get permission to run. Quality is superb!

I mentioned I was planning a visit to London in Oct 08 and a few members suggested a GTG. All are welcome and hope to have a nice list going prior to landing.

Very cool! As we get closer we'll get a count and one of our UK members even suggested a possible luncheon with the watchmaker from the Rolex AD they work for.
dP Sorry for the hijack, Bo.
