Need Help! RL GMTII-C green hand

I'm really confused about the green hand position, is it above or below the hour hand? Need all experts confirmation. Thank you so much.

The green hand moves around all day showing the 24hr time on the bezel if that's how you've set it up.

So on the dial could show 4pm and if set up as above, the green hand should be on 16 on the bezel to show 16:00 hours.

Think that's what you meant ?.

Hi. Thank you for ur post. No actually. I mean what are the order of green hand / hour hand / minute hand in terms of the real vs fake. As I noticed some that green hand is being placed underneath the hour-leg but some are between the hour-leg and minute-leg

Really need to know this....so worry ant my RL bought from Europe. Thx so much

Can you quickset the hour 12hr hour hand by jumping at 1 hour intervals? Most fakes cannot do this.
