Please look at this (president WG)

Sorry cant get back soon Holiday season kind of busy you ask to post some pixs. Can anyone tell this look normal for this model. the hour hand and the minutes hand 15 minutes late. or i need service I got this watch from my mom which belong to my dad model circa 1803 i think.

Equinox is right - a service will sort out the alignment of the hands.

However, I'm intrigued as to how the hands came to be so badly misaligned - there might be some sort of 'history' there, along with other issues to be sorted out. An approved Rolex technician can do an assessment and advise you. Oh - and PLEASE screw down the crown - there's no point in letting in any more dirt or moisture than is absolutely necessary!!

You could have the makings of a very nice timepiece there - good luck with it.
