New GMT bezel and hand for sale seperately?

Sorry if this is a dup, but I couldn't find this info anywhere. Will it be possible to buy the new bezel and blue hand separately?! I'd love to have a convertible GMT2C.

Thanks for any info!

Not certain but I would have thought that was possible.

Expensive though for a spare bezel.

Rolex does not sell parts separately in the US and is tightening up on such sales around the rest of the world too..

So, I would say that no, you would not be able to easily buy a bi-color bezel and blue hand to convert a regular GMT..

Don't forget, the dial font is now white too... so you would need to change from the green font dial..

It's going to be a while in any event. Rolex policy seems to only sell parts that belong to a specific watch so it is unlikely the bezel (or hand) is available since no one owns the watch yet.

It will remain to be seen if you could get one from an independent without having to do a like kind swap (blue for blue) but that is the only way Rolex will sell you the bezel. You could send the watch in with the bezel already removed and say you lost it but they will know by the serial number whether the original was blue or not.

Same goes for the blue 24 hour hand.

Yup.

These mods will be tougher and tougher to accomplish.

The watch hasn't even hit shops yet...spares for repairs are more than a year or so away I'll reckon.

not from Rolex - they'll sell you a whole new watch, or you can stick with what you've got, they'll say!

I'm considering doing the reverse... getting the new GMT II bc and trying to source an all black bezel, so I have both options.

I think the black bezel would look awesome with the blue GMT hand.

Yes it would, but not with the green text on the dial!

The new bi-color GMT doesn't have green text.
