Beware: Dan Valcq from The Netherlands is a scammer/fraud!!!
This scammer's full name is Daniel Albert Bernard Valcq. He posted a FS ad on Timezone in early January 2013 for a Rolex WG DayDate2. He sent me the email addresses of several references (Bob Sorensen and Rolf Vreijdenberger). Everything seemed to check out fine so I sent him payment via wire transfer. Turns out he is a scammer, has disappeared and has not sent me anything. I have contacted the authorities and hopefully he is apprehended before he can scam anyone else. He goes by Rappapaa or Apfanatic on Timezone. He has scammed several others in the past 5-6 years. I have their email addresses if anyone is interested. He operates out of the Breda Area or Chaam in The Netherlands. His email addresses are [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. If anyone has or needs any info on this guy, please email me.

Best of luck - hope it works out. I know you fell bad *but* in this day and age email address are only the first step in establishing credibility.(barely) Actual phone numbers, both biz and home / all the numbers you can get. Also asmuch info as you can possibly obtain. If you did these things, maybe they'll catch the bastard.r

I actually spoke to the references on the phone before sending payment and they confirmed that he is an honest person and has been wearing the watch daily. I have spoke to them both several times since he stole my money and they have tried to help me out giving me any information that they know about him. He has supposedly moved away and no longer works with them.
However, I do not know who to believe, these could possibly not even be real people. I must say, I think would be pretty far-fetched to create these identities just to rip someone off on a watch. If you are interested in seeing what I am talking about, please google "bob sorensen netherlands" or "rolf vreijdenberger netherlands". They have over 200 connections each on LinkedIn (One of them being the scammer, Daniel Valcq) and own actual companies in The Netherlands. If anybody in the Breda or Chaam area could help me out finding this guy, it would be really appreciated. I have his address and I have a copy of his passport, driver's license, company registration from the Dutch government. |
