When you look at the layout of the print, the shape of the "6" in the depth rating, and the coronet, it looks like a Mk I 1665 "Great White" dial with SUBMARINER written in red over SEA DWELLER below it. I have never seen one before.

Is it a fake? I would think Antiqorum would have vintage experts advising them, apparently not?

I'm thinking someone took a normal Mark 1 White dial and addded the 'Submariner' text in red. You really only see these sort of prototype dials in the 1.6-2.2mil range and if I'm correct a mark 1 1665 White dial should be in the high 5mil range to low 6mil range??

I could be wrong though.

circa 5.2mil / 5.7 with tails up to 6mil
